Timeless Antiques has grown from a young boy's love

Timeless Antiques has grown from a young boy's love of learning how to restore original brass and iron beds. It has evolved over 20 years from a hobby to a growing business restoring Antique Beds to their former glory. We pride ourselves on restoring original beds from the late 1800's through to the early 1930's. Timeless Antiques are proud to say that our restored beds are part of the National Trust Properties in South East Queensland.

Due to the vastness of early Australia, the distance between major settlements and the outposts of early settlers, mail order catalogues were relied upon for the many household items they required. It is from researching these old catalogues that Timeless Antiques base our restorations.

Original brass and iron beds of early Australia are much sought after as today's generation have come to realize and appreciate the craftsmanship and beauty of these beds along with the skills used in their making. These people are now restoring early built homes of the era and are eager to furnish them with genuine period furniture.

Unfortunately these treasures have become very scarce and genuine beds restored to their former glory are much sought after. Reproductions and poorly restored beds can be found, but choosing Timeless Antiques for the restoration of your ancestors bed or to purchase one of our beds you are assured of genuine work by a quality craftsman.
